At Team Genius, Daniela serves both as an advisor and an educator. Daniela's work applies across multiple industries, all rooted in her commitment to mindfulness, sustainability, and well-being. In her group work with corporations and coaching/ advisory work with leaders, Daniela shares her two decades of expertise by teaching people how to innovate while simultaneously doing the inner work that leads to the most powerful and effective creations, unlocking their human potential. Her work can be seen in top companies such as BMW, DHL and Dr. Hauschka. Dani is available for leadership development and team building sessions, as well as individual creativity and innovation sessions.
Together with her twin sister, Annette, Daniela Felder founded the renowned sustainable fashion brand Felder Felder, which has been at the cutting edge of the fashion movement for more than 20 years. In the midst of their success, including an exclusive London Fashion Week slot and a celebrity fanbase (including Gwynneth Paltrow, Rihanna, and Nico Rosberg), the demanding nature of the work left Daniela and Annette feeling on the edge of burnout. Reconnecting with their values and sense of purpose, they completely transformed their business to a responsible, slow fashion approach, focusing on innovation, including the use of plant-based materials and sustainability. They also adopted a sustainable lifestyle based upon growth instead of depletion.
Daniela’s personal journey through understanding her codependency with overworking and unhealthy relationships led her on a journey through the 12-step recovery program and extensive research into how to optimize human potential without hurting ourselves and others in the process. She developed a profound understanding of resilience and the power of a solution-driven mindset. This journey taught her the importance of radical self-love, self-acceptance, and a deep understanding of how that is the foundation to being an authentic, strong leader. In addition to Daniela’s ongoing work leading her fashion company Felder Felder, she leverages these experiences through her work with Team Genius, helping others build resilient, fulfilling lives.
Living in harmony with nature and her values, Daniela enjoys spending time immersed in the beauty of the outdoors, and practicing yoga and meditation.
Her desire is to inspire others to live authentically and sustainably, promoting a world where well-being and environmental stewardship go hand in hand as a part of achieving success in every dimension of life.
